EDM Challenge #30 Draw a chair
Just a plain old simple chair. I really did think about doing a fancy one...still might. But I went simple on this so what can I say? I always liked drawings that show that black showing around each item. So that's what I did. Now you may ask why that type of chair is sitting on sand. Good question. I have no idea! :o)
.
The lyrics are from the song "Don't Fall Apart on Me Tonight".

This is funky and cool! I like black around the edges too. I just love your style even when you are mixing it up.
Nice how this works on a 2-page spread. I like the black lining around each object. The scene reminds me of a beach I went to in Mexico once.
It's just waiting for someone to sit down and read the magazine. I like simple!
Incitation à l'imagination... on peut tout penser en regardant cette chaise vide... Va-t-elle revenir...
Belle peinture...
Bisous
I love the colors and composition. The art magazine in the bag is a great touch!
I like the geometry and composition of it, and the way you save the purest colors for the bag. Really cool. You put it on sand because you are craving Florida!
That chair is sitting on the edge of the patio, we just can't see it. The colors are really well done.
It's great. I like the black around it too. Simple chair? It's complicated enough for the whole grouping to work well. This is more what you'd find on the edge of a patio than some fancy Victorian kind of chair.
Very fun piece! I took a spin thru earlier posts of yours that I missed while MIA, and they're just wonderful! nancy
I've always liked that type of drawing too! Well done!
Something nostalgic about this chair, I don't know =) it sure doesn't look plastic. I like it!
Thanks Ellen for your comments.
Lovely! Sometimes simple is best.
Thank so much Donna, Barbara and Cathy!

Merci, Martine!

Thanks, Pamo. Dan...Craving Florida, huh? Haha! Actually I just got my ocean fix a few days ago. Drove along Pacific Coast Highway to visit a customer in Malibu and stopped for a while for lunch right there on the sand. It may not be Forida, but it's the ocean!

Sandra, freebird, nancy, raena, Alex and Lynn, thank you so very much!
Put the kettle on and draw another chair and I'll be right over for a cuppa - looks just perfect to me :)
Thanks so much!
I love your chair work, too!
