I decided to begin drawing again, following a list of challenges on a Yahoo group called "Everyday Matters". I wanted tight restrictions on myself, to stay focused I guess, so I decided to draw only things on that list that I could connect to a Bob Dylan lyric. So the only text that I'll include on my drawings will be lyrics. And I'll list the song the lyric is from. So here we go...

Very nice bike, they are tough to draw.
Well Done!! I love the composition.
Don't look back is right! Great drawings. I really like the peppers as well.
Wow! Fabulous! Your drawings and presentations are awesome - and I love the funny idea of restricting yourself to Bob Dylan lyrics : ) !
Thank you all for your kind comments. You are all wonderful to take the time.
very nice -- I love the tight disapline to the Dylan lyrics -- should be fun to follow your progress!
Just wondering - how large is this drawing?
Can't even begin to tell you how much I am enjoying your art Ellen!
I am going to put your blog link on my blog to spread the L.O.V.E.!
Judybec, I am doing this in a small moleskine... 3.5" x 5.5". The chili peppers are over two pages, the bike on a single. I've only done a couple of things this small before so I'm still getting the hang of it. Thank you for commenting.
Jolene! Good to see you, old friend! Thank you for your continued support...unfailing support. And aren't these people wonderful for being so kind when I don't even know them! And I'll be adding links too...once I figure this thing out!
I love the concept of your blog and the discipline. The perspective in this drawing (of the bike especially) is fantastic. It think it is very well done. The two drawings you have posted on this blog are very well done. I look foward to more!
Oh, these are wonderful!! Love the antiqued look they have.
And thank you for your comment; that was interesting to know about the dairies in California.
